Mountain Cabin | Outdoor Fireplace, Big Views

This property was perfect for our weekend. We wanted a private, quiet getaway. This was it! The location was perfect. The check-in/check-out process was smooth and simple. The cabin itself was adorable and had everything we needed. There was plenty of coffee and fixins (which we needed!); thank you for that! It rained the entire weekend, but the fire out looked so inviting. I’m sorry that we missed utilizing that. We will definitely return whenever we get the chance.

The cabin and property was amazing. We enjoyed relaxing in the hammock and watching the deer in the field below. The fire put was also a joy. We spent a lot of time just relaxing in the cabin as well. The modern creature comforts helped make this trip to the forest a comfortable and modern retreat without having to really "rough it." Overall this was an unbelievable experience. I could not have asked for more. We stayed for 4 nights and are already talking about when we would love to return.

I enjoyed my stay. I was in town for work, and it was nice to have a relaxing place to come home to at the end of the day. The farm is very quiet and peaceful. It is close enough to Floyd, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and other areas to explore. Perfect for 1 or 2 guests.

This listing was just as advertised! Absolutely a stunning location, so peaceful and cozy. Thomas was wonderful to communicate with. He was very prompt in responses and understanding! Although we were there for a family funeral and didn’t spend a lot of time at the cabin I would definitely go back. It was very clean, and had plenty of room for our girl to roam after a long car ride. It’s centrally located also! The funeral and extended family were located in Stuart and the Meadows of Dan stores are both just a short drive.
